In the heart of Namibia's Namib-Naukluft National Park, in a place called Deadvlie, a hauntingly beautiful forest of desiccated trees stands as a poignant reminder of a once-lush landscape. Six centuries ago, a river shifted its course, leaving these skeletal remains behind. On this rare morning, Atlantic Ocean fog rolled inland, enveloping the scene in a mystical atmosphere that enhances the stark contrast of the trees against the vibrant sky.
